Role Overview:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue and enhancing online visibility for Hyatt Place Dubai/Jumeirah. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating our digital marketing strategy, ensuring our offerings are effectively promoted across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy, utilizing owned, paid, and earned media to enhance customer engagement and monitor both hotel and competitor performance.
  • Optimize revenue through PPC, Google Ads, SEO, retargeting, and other performance marketing initiatives in alignment with business priorities.
  • Manage hotel and residence websites, ensuring content is accurate, SEO-friendly, and reflective of brand standards.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving demand and bookings on Brand.com.
  • Analyze and report on website performance, social media engagement, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee local listings on platforms like Google My Business and TripAdvisor to maintain our online presence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master’s is a plus.
  • 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in hospitality or travel.
  • Proven expertise in managing digital campaigns, social media, and content creation.
  • Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, with a strong grasp of SEO and PPC strategies.
