ABOUT THE ROLE

Function: Sales

Department: General Sales – LeisureIn addition to ensuring consistency in approach and supporting efforts to integrate performance measurement and build a comprehensive picture for continuous business performance, the job is responsible for strategic leadership and project management. The Senior Role: The GSO will also be a significant player in the workstream of the GSO Executive Leadership Team that focuses on streamlining GSO processes and programs.

ABOUT THE FUNCTION

By managing qualified business partners, Emaar’s sales section seeks to increase hotel occupancy and income. Business partner management includes contracting, promotional activities, hotel product awareness, and opportunity qualification in accordance with the objectives and plans established by the function head.

PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE; WHAT WILL YOU BE MEASURED AGAINST

  • Financial: Assist the B2B marketing team with campaign performance analytics and financial data analysis to identify the best way to allocate money.
  • Operational: Assists the GSO leadership and larger team by creating and utilizing procedures and instruments to track and evaluate performance for the Continent across analytical need areas and initiatives related to the GSO.
  • Leadership: Provide training and authority to the sales force and sales support departments so they may operate independently using standard reports and sales procedures. Proven capacity to communicate effectively and explain complicated topics to colleagues at all organizational levels, including top executives.

Experience, qualifications, and language proficiency

A four-year degree in business administration; five or more years of experience in sales, sales analysis, marketing analysis, revenue management, and financial analysis; substantial analytical experience and knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative analysis; excellent project management abilities with the capacity to oversee multiple projects; and strong data analysis abilities, including the ability to query and manipulate large amounts of data
