Key Responsibilities:
- Client Assistance: Help clients with the purchase, sale, and lease of both residential and commercial properties, providing expert advice throughout the process.
- Market Research: Perform thorough market research to assess property values and spot investment opportunities. Prepare comparative market analyses for clients.
- Property Listings: Develop and manage property listings that include detailed descriptions and professional photos, and promote them via social media, online platforms, and open houses.
- Networking: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, participate in industry events, and grow your professional network.
- Negotiation: Negotiate offers and contracts for clients, ensuring favorable terms and clear communication between buyers and sellers.
- Compliance: Keep up-to-date with real estate laws and industry standards to ensure compliance. Manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures.
Qualifications:
– Demonstrated experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role.
– Strong understanding of local market trends and neighborhoods.
– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Familiarity with real estate software and online platforms.
