About the Role:
The HR Administrator will play a vital role in Moativ’s HR department, ensuring that employee records are current, accurate, and compliant. This position is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills and experience in personnel management. Your responsibilities will include:
– Database Management: Keeping the employee database updated and accurate, ensuring that all legal records for current staff, new hires, and departing employees meet UAE regulations.
- Employee Travel Coordination: Overseeing annual leave and organizing business travel in collaboration with travel agencies.
- Project Management Support: Assisting with HR project timelines and managing related administrative tasks.
- Reporting and Tracking: Preparing government reports, monitoring HR metrics, and maintaining essential tracking systems.
- Medical Insurance Oversight: Facilitating the effective implementation of the medical insurance scheme for employees, providing necessary support and information.
Qualifications Required:
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and have 3-5 years of experience in human resources or personnel management to be considered for this role. Moativ values experience in managing sensitive employee data, multitasking abilities, and adherence to UAE compliance standards.
