As an Airport Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with warmth and personalization. You will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between guests and internal departments, ensuring all team members are well-informed about operational procedures.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role or a customer service position. You should possess a strong work ethic and a desire for continuous learning and development. Proficiency in additional languages, such as Arabic, Chinese, Italian, Spanish, French, or German, is a plus.
