About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the strategic link between Alaan and a diverse portfolio of high-value clients. You will manage client relationships from onboarding to long-term partnership, ensuring their goals are met and enhancing their overall experience with our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of customers, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Continuous Learning: Understand clients’ businesses and apply insights to remove barriers and support success.
- Proactive Tracking: Identify churn risks and establish action plans to address customer concerns.
- Product Advocacy: Gather client feedback to inform product development and improvements.
- Process Improvement: Establish best practices for service procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years as a Customer Success Manager in B2B SaaS/analytics.
- Proven Track Record: Successful experience with high-value enterprise clients.
- Ownership: Ability to manage tasks independently and effectively.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Natural ability to negotiate and deliver win-win outcomes.
- Interest in Business Optimization: Familiarity with customer service tools and a passion for data insights.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
- Curiosity: A strong desire to learn more about the industry and client base.
