We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a focus on talent acquisition in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and a proven history in full-cycle recruitment. This position is essential for attracting top talent to meet our workforce requirements, ensuring compliance, and enhancing recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
– Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for construction positions, including engineers, supervisors, skilled labor, and project managers.
– Work closely with hiring managers to establish job specifications and selection criteria that align with project needs.
Sourcing & Screening:
– Utilize social media, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach to find suitable candidates.
– Screen and shortlist candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and project requirements.
Interview Coordination:
– Conduct initial interviews, assist hiring managers, and organize interview panels to streamline the selection process.
Offer Management & Onboarding:
– Present job offers in accordance with UAE labor laws and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
Compliance & Documentation:
– Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws, including the timely processing of visas and permits.
– Keep organized records of recruitment activities in line with UAE standards.
Strategy & Reporting:
– Assist in developing recruitment strategies to align with project timelines.
– Create reports on recruitment metrics to improve and optimize future hiring processes.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 3-5 years of recruitment experience in the construction sector, with a solid understanding of UAE labor laws.
– Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
