HR Operations Specialist in Dubai – Manage Payroll and Workforce

Location: Dubai, UAE 

Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 7,000 (based on experience) 

Project Duration: Full Time 

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in HR, ideally managing a workforce of over 1,000 employees 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the onboarding and off boarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Manage final settlements and clearance processes to facilitate smooth transitions for departing employees.
  • Accurately process payroll for blue-collar staff, addressing any payroll-related queries or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate workforce needs, create job descriptions, and assist with recruitment efforts.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process effectively.
  • Act as the primary contact for employee concerns, resolving issues fairly and promptly.
  • Manage the HR budget related to manpower and outsourcing, seeking cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, visa processing, and labor laws, maintaining industry standards.
  • Keep detailed employee records and generate essential HR reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR experience in the UAE, focusing on managing blue-collar workforce operations.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and recruitment.
