We are looking for a skilled HR Manager with extensive knowledge of HR practices, particularly in the construction sector. The successful candidate will manage various HR functions, ensuring adherence to labor laws in both the UAE and KSA. Key duties include overseeing timesheets, payroll, travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate employee documentation. This position also involves managing the Visa Section to ensure compliance with regulations, leading Talent Acquisition efforts to attract top talent, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

 

Moreover, the HR Manager will prepare essential documents such as the annual manpower report, organizational chart, and salary scale, while promoting positive employee relations. Responsibilities also include coordinating job offers, planning annual leave, and advising on labor strategies to enhance industrial relations.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of HR experience in the contracting and construction industry.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Comprehensive understanding of KSA labor laws, MOMRAH classification for contractors, and Saudization.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Flexible, dynamic, and open to travel (approximately every two months).
  • Capable of thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must currently reside in the UAE or KSA.
