Safety is our top priority, thus being a member of the cabin crew is much more than just providing services. Managing aviation services, security, and safety protocols will require you to take charge and lead with assurance. This results from the top-notch training our workforce receives at our cutting-edge facilities in Dubai. You have worked in hospitality and customer service for more than a year. You have a positive outlook and the innate ability to deliver exceptional service in a collaborative setting while interacting with individuals from many cultural backgrounds.
Qualifications & Experience
- You must be at least a high school graduate (Grade 12).
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
- You can reach emergency equipment on all types of aircraft if you are at least 160 cm tall and can stand on tiptoe up to 212 cm.
- No visible tattoos (without bandaging or applying makeup) when wearing an Emirates cabin crew uniform
- You will be stationed in Dubai as an Emirates cabin crew member, and you must comply with UAE employment visa regulations.
In addition to meeting the job criteria, you should be able to handle a rigorous work schedule, be solution-focused, and be committed to constantly performing to the highest standards. You should be able to provide our clients with a genuine experience. You’ll be sensitive to cultural differences and embody the qualities of the Emirates: professionalism, empathy, progress, vision, and cosmopolitanism.

Salary & Benefits
Starting Salary & Flying Pay: Your compensation consists of three parts: a fixed base salary, an hourly wage for flights that are performed, and a meal allowance for travel abroad. Average total pay is AED 10,170 per month (~USD 2,770, EUR 2,710, or GBP 2,280), basic pay is AED 4,430 per month, and flying pay is AED 63.75 per hour based on an average of 80 to 100 hours per month. * Grade II (Economy Class) figures are approximate. The next month, meal allowances for overnight stops are applied to the salary in arrears. The company offers transportation to and from the airport in addition to hotel accommodations.
