Job Overview:
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and sales support to our account managers while also serving as the Office Manager for executive administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Create and update sales invoices and product pricing sheets based on account managers’ requests.
- Client Liaison: Act as the point of contact between our corporate team and clients, coordinating payments, logistical documentation, banking information, and after-sales service.
- Account Management: Maintain client statements and manage accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Sales Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance sales and maximize fulfillment rates for account managers.
- Administrative Duties: Execute administrative tasks as directed by senior management, including office management support.
- Meeting Coordination: Facilitate internal and external meetings by confirming agendas, logistics, and follow-ups.
- Travel Arrangements: Handle executive travel plans and prepare expense reports.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects to support broader team objectives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in administrative or sales support roles is a plus
