We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher Assistant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Early Years qualification (Cache Level 2, Bachelor’s, or Diploma) and at least 2 years of relevant experience. You should be skilled in delivering the EYFS Curriculum and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include fostering a creative classroom environment, engaging in extra-curricular activities, and building positive relationships with colleagues and parents.
