Position Available: HR & Compliance Specialist
Location: Sharjah (SAIF ZONE), UAE
Job Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with UAE legal and regulatory standards.
– Oversee the entire recruitment and onboarding process, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating orientations.
– Manage employee benefits programs and ensure adherence to policies.
– Perform compliance audits and suggest corrective measures as necessary.
– Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
– Keep accurate and confidential records of employee information.
– Organize training and development initiatives to improve skills and raise compliance awareness.
– Collaborate with management to tackle HR challenges and offer strategic solutions.
– Stay informed about industry trends and updates in employment legislation.

Preferred Qualifications:
– At least 3 years of HR experience in the service sector.
– Familiarity with UAE labor laws, ISO certifications, audit processes, and documentation practices.
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management or Business Administration.
– Strong multitasking skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, ERP).
– Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
