Key Responsibilities:
– Manage online stores on platforms such as Noon, Alibaba, Shopify, AliExpress, and Amazon.
– Configure and optimize e-commerce websites while monitoring their performance.
– Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to implement product listings and marketing campaigns.
– Provide technical support for e-commerce tools, plugins, and payment systems.
– Ensure data security and compliance across all digital platforms.
– Identify opportunities for automation to improve operational efficiency.
– Analyze e-commerce metrics to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
– 2-3 years of experience with e-commerce platforms.
– Proficient in managing platforms like Noon, Alibaba, and Shopify.
– Strong troubleshooting skills in payment gateways, APIs, and online store management.
– Analytical skills for interpreting data and generating reports.
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
– Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
– Knowledge of 3PL logistics and supply chain tools.
– Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
– Understanding of SEO practices and product catalog management.
– Experience with cross-border e-commerce.
