Overview
Join Landmark Digital as a Manager for Operations Development – Implementation. You will be responsible for leading the overall delivery of any development program within Digital Operations. Your key responsibilities will include aligning customer needs, developing requirements, and implementing new changes to our operating model. This role requires strong organization and communication to act as the perfect bridge between Landmark Digital and the Landmark Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the voice of the customer in driving ongoing development to our operating model
Lead the end-to-end delivery of operational development initiatives to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
Develop project-specific requirements and associated documentation.
Lead company-wide training programs, followed by post-implementation teams to ensure Return on Investment
Collaborate business areas including retail and third-party teams to maximize Digital Operations
Create and manage project plans, including use of benefit cases as appropriate
Responsibilities:
Proven interpersonal and communication skills-written and verbal.
Retail operation, e-commerce, and operation planning experience.
Strong business acumen; analytical skills to review complex data sets.
Demonstrated project management skills; strong colleague engagement at all levels.
