Our client is on the lookout for three skilled Spare Parts Advisors to become part of a vibrant team in the UAE. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from AED 2,500 to 4,000 per month, based on experience, and is ideal for individuals who thrive in customer support and inventory management within the automotive or machinery parts sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Aid customers in identifying and sourcing the right spare parts for their requirements.
- Inventory Management: Keep precise records and manage stock levels effectively.
- Technical Support: Offer knowledgeable product and technical assistance, enabling customers to make informed choices.
- Supplier Collaboration: Partner with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts, facilitating smooth service operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in spare parts sales or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively meet client needs.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing inventory and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of automotive or machinery parts is a plus.
