Job Summary

Education and Experience
- Option 1: Associate’s degree in a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience.
- Option 2: Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
Core Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Manage and schedule content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Refresh social media profiles using SEO best practices.
Strategy Development:
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with brand guidelines.
- Engage the local community and generate sales leads.
- Monitor feedback and interact with audiences online.
Content Creation:
- Curate unique content and ensure brand voice consistency.
- Oversee paid campaigns and generate monthly analytics reports.
Event Coordination:
- Collaborate with influencers for social media events.
- Develop engaging event concepts based on market research.
Team Collaboration:
- Align social marketing agendas with leadership.
- Mentor team members and build supplier partnerships.
Additional Tasks:
- Conduct hotel tours and support marketing projects.
- Communicate effectively and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
