Purpose
Owing to Emirates Airline’s continuous expansion, the Flight Training division is in need of non-flying Ground Instructor roles.

You can anticipate receiving training and development in the most recent training techniques through standardization and ongoing professional development to guarantee that you reach the high standards demanded by Emirates.
As mandated by the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and the company, the SFI will be in charge of conducting training pertinent to their training certification while reporting to the appropriate fleet training manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform ground school, FSTD type rating, recurrent training, and recency training in accordance with business needs.
- Using the current electronic reporting system, accurately complete and submit comprehensive reports and evaluations of pilots undergoing training in compliance with business guidelines and policy.
- If student pilots are not making enough progress toward the required performance requirements, suggest more or remedial instruction.
- Make suggestions to training management regarding any modifications that could enhance training quality, safety, and efficiency as well as standardize practices and instructional methods.
- Support with ad hoc projects, course development and other tasks as required.
Eligible SFI candidates will have the opportunity to upgrade to Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE) based on Company requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications: Hold or have held a CPL (Commercial Pilot License), MPL (Multi-crew Pilot License) or ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License).
Experience:
- Minimum 12 months as an active Instructor/Examiner.
- Minimum 1500 hours flight time as a pilot on multi-pilot aeroplane.
Knowledge and skills
Proficiency in leadership and communication is one of the knowledge and abilities.
